Cue Sports involves a number of games, including Billiards, Snooker, Pool and it's variants, ie. Straight Pool, 8 Ball and 9 ball. These games are played upon a cloth covered table with raised edges and generally 6 holes, called pockets. Balls are struck by timber cues, with leather tips. Scoring is different in each game, however most games are based upon points being accrued by pocketing balls in a specified sequence.
