World in Conflict: Soviet Assault is both:
1) An expansion pack for the PC title, World in Conflict.
2) A standalone game for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Note that some sites incorrectly drop the subtitle "Soviet Assault" from the title of the console versions.
